    SCOPE AND FOCUS OF SERVICES

    All material produced by the Company for any clients or clientele are to be strictly interpreted as defined herein.

    1.    Design – Any material associated with the successful operational functionality of a website for which a contract or contractual terms have been established and agree upon by the Company and all parties. These include and are limited to; hexidecimal color schemes, navigational elements (e.g. buttons, hypertext links, menus ), forms, radio buttons and text input fields.

    2.    Layout – The placement or arrangement of any design materials created by the company for utilization within the context of a prior contracted arrangement for development of a specified intranet or internet site or internet-based creation.

    3.    Graphic Design – The creation of any custom or Company client specified element related to or intended for utilization within a previously specified and contracted agreement between Company and the intended client. These include and are limited to; banners, headers, footers, trademarks, service marks, logos or logotypes ( animated and static ).

    4.    Copywriting – Any and all descriptive and substantive text created for the purpose of defining, describing or promoting relevant or associated material within the context of a prior contracted Company internet or intranet based creation. This includes but is not limited to; navigational text, menu text, hypertext, body copy, captions, descriptive text, titles, taglines, call-outs, metatags and rollover text.

    5.    Scripting – Any and all created symbols, text, terminology, and characters directly related to and included within the underlying source code of a Company formulated and devised mark up based solution. These include but are not limited to JAVA, javascripting, metadata, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, and XSLT.

    PAYMENT

    All payments can and should be made directly to Company as is specified herein. Standard Company terms for a contractual agreement between company and client or clientele are as follows;

    ·      Any domain name registration and related DNS propagation must be executed prior to the commencement of any and all contracted projects requiring of these in order for successful testing of contracted solutions prior to publication.

    ·      Any hosting arrangements non-existent prior to commencement of Company contracted projects must be executed and be paid in full to Company or the intended hosting provider prior to the commencement of Company contracted projects. Proof of fulfillment of payment is required for hosting provisions not affiliated with the Company.

    ·      Payment terms expected are for the client or clientele to provide Company with fifty percent (50%) of a contractually estimated cost prior to the commencement of contracted work.

    ·      Final payment of remaining fifty percent (50%) to Company is expected in good faith from the client or clientele upon successful completion of Company contracted work and prior to final publication by Company.

    ·      Net Company terms are thirty days (30 days) for all clients, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon and specified within the Company contract with the specified client or clientele.

     INDEMNITY

    You will indemnify and hold Company harmless from any breach of these Terms of Use and Service by you, including any use of Content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use and Service.

    DISCLAIMER

    Your use of this site is at your own risk. The Content is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

    MISCELLANEOUS

    These terms of use and service will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Florida, United States of America.
